Live Meetings Monitor & Alert
I led the revamp of the Control Hub troubleshooting experience, incorporating a proactive, timely, and integrated system — a major breakthrough from the previous workflow for IT admins. The introduction of a live meeting monitor and alert center enables IT professionals to gain a holistic view of all ongoing meetings within their organization, allowing our users to identify and address issues promptly and thoroughly.
The journey from proof of concept to launch spanned over a year, involving collaboration with two development teams, and supported by a dedicated Project Manager and researcher. The features made a significant impact and were showcased on stage at Cisco Live, transforming the lives of IT administrators.

Dashboard Design Draft
In this process, I collaborated with product managers and research teams to identify the metrics and content most valuable to our target users.
Considering engineer team bandwidth and feasibility, we organized the dashboard content into three distinct sections: Live Meeting Map, Network Metrics, and Live Meeting Instances

Takeaways
During the development of the 'Live Meeting Monitor', I realized that dashboard design is not merely about piling up data, but about creating scenarios that allow users to understand the meaning of the data at first glance and enable them to dive deeper into the parts that are most valuable to them. Through repeated iterations with PMs and engineers, I gained a more objective understanding that design often involves crafting the most rational solutions within the constraints of available data structures.
